These stage notes are a reading of this report’s own text, written afterwards and not yet confirmed by its author.
1Did it add value?
Yes. A failed request could inherit the previous successful page’s title and landmark checks, making its evidence misleading. The fix isolates failed and partial responses and exposes the fetch error.
2Before and after
Before: a healthy page followed by a failed fetch could leave the second result carrying the healthy page’s title. After: failed or partial fetches supply no title or main-landmark evidence and report fetchError. An independent verifier reproduced the old failure and checked the fix offline.
3Where the idea came from
You requested a bounded experiment that could discover useful work. The first discovery pass found no justified product change. Broader inspection identified a reproducible reporting defect in the site-audit script.
4Scores and who assessed them
Usefulness: 2/3. offline reproducible reporting bug fixed; no broader measured benefit Assessor: independent verifier.
Correctness evidence: 2/3. independently reproduced old failure and passing positive/negative regression Assessor: independent verifier.
Efficiency: 1/3. initial assignment too narrow; long-context replay; unreserved automatic-review activity. Completed under time bound. Assessor: coordinator; provisional.
Observability: 2/3. phase/task audit, real quota checks, scoped coordinator counters and check logs; exact worker attribution missing Assessor: coordinator; provisional.
Independent verification: 2/3. separate native verifier plus completed current-head GitHub auto review with no findings Assessor: coordinator.
Learning: 2/3. single source-scope correction applied; concrete next-run context/accounting improvements queued Assessor: coordinator; provisional.
5Usage and what went wrong
Shared weekly usage was observed at 74% then 76%; other activity prevents attributing that delta to this task. The retained record reports three explicit actors plus an automatic reviewer: four runs, a budget deviation.
The initial assignment was too narrow and the parent context was costly to process. Exact worker/reviewer costs and broad live benefit were not measured. The next run reserved review capacity and used a fresh worker.
6Scope and remaining work
The evidence is an offline regression, not proof of a deployed change or a measured user benefit. Full healthy-header parsing and live impact were outside that verification.
This readable summary was prepared on 29 October from the original records. Original scores and the budget deviation remain unchanged.
